Having watched your videos over & over, there are certain things which repeat. One of them is in places where there is a lot of traffic as in urbex or other ghost hunters it seems activity starts faster but in locations where there isn't a lot of foot traffic it appears that spirits must travel a distance to get to you. Seems they hear you but are too far off. They end up getting there but not until you've been there for some time. Then you have locations where a spirit is home and lonely & they seem eager to interact.

So im not a believer in ghosts or anything like that. I grew up and breath on Star Trek, which is something that can open your mind to scientific possibilities that we can't comprehend. Time and space distortions are one of the common features of many episodes, and it often makes me wonder that what people see as 'ghosts' or something of the sort could possibly come down to something like an anomaly or fracture in space-time. So what Joe was feeling here could just be a nothing burger of him just feeling unwell for a number of explainable reasons, but what if echoes of the past where people fell ill and died en-masse resonates through time with Joe somehow feeling those effects as though he too was contracted with the disease of the time.
